K-pop girl group Blackpink has released the music video for their highly anticipated song Go. The track is included in their third Korean mini-album Deadline, released under YG Entertainment.
The five-track project marks the group’s first full comeback together since their 2022 album Born Pink. Even before its official release, “Go” had already generated major buzz. A teaser unveiled this week introduced fans to a cinematic, space-themed visual universe featuring cosmic imagery, dramatic choreography, and intense musical arrangements. The teaser felt more like a movie trailer than a typical K-pop preview.
The song’s title was revealed in multiple languages, including Korean, Spanish, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Hindi. In Hindi, it was titled “Chalo.” This small yet meaningful detail reflects Blackpink’s clear strategy to present this comeback on a global scale.
The EP consists of five tracks in total. Alongside “Go,” it includes the pre-release single Jump, which was released in July 2025. “Jump” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200, becoming the group’s third No. 1 song on the chart. The track also peaked at No. 28 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Blackpink’s tenth entry on that chart.
The remaining tracks on the EP are “Me and My,” “Champion,” and “FXX Boy.”
YG Entertainment described the album as a project capturing “irretrievable peak moments,” calling it a fitting portrayal for a band at the height of global popularity.
“Go” was created in collaboration with French DJ and producer David Guetta. It marks BLACKPINK’s first time working with him since “Lovesick Girls” in 2020. The track carries a dancefloor-driven energy, further amplifying the momentum and excitement built by last year’s “Jump.”
Physical editions of “Deadline” reportedly sold out within about 25 minutes of pre-orders opening. In addition, BLACKPINK’s official YouTube channel recently surpassed 100 million subscribers, making them the first artist in the world to achieve this milestone.
The “Deadline” world tour began in July 2025 and concluded in January 2026. The tour served as a significant foundation for the album’s release preparations. Fully stadium-focused, it spanned 33 shows across 16 cities. Due to overwhelming demand, additional dates were added in New York, Toronto, Los Angeles, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
