The march was completed demanding to declare the country ‘drug free’

Demanding to declare the country drug-free, Bhagwati Manav Kalyan Sangthan has completed a Kathmandu Valley-level anti-drug public awareness drive. The organization has completed the walk with the original slogan of Drug-free Nepal-Prosperous Nepal. According to the organization, through the walk, the three levels of people’s representatives and concerned bodies will be informed to declare the country drug-free.
During the walk, thousands of people participated in the 10-kilometer walk along with Siddashram-Ratna Shradheya Ajay Awasthi, an international activist of the anti-drug campaign, and representatives of the government of Nepal. During the walk, passengers and participants who came out from house to house expressed their support for the campaign of declaring drug-free Nepal. Many people welcomed the campaign with flower showers along the way.
Thousands of people have signed and agreed to the collection of signatures for a drug-free Nepal on the route of the pilgrimage.
