According to astrology, the 5th house (Pancham Bhava) represents love, and the 7th house (Saptam Bhava) represents marriage.

If in a transit (Gochar) or in a planetary period (Dasha), the 5th house is connected to the 7th house, the couple may either enter a marital bond or maintain a romantic relationship.

When Venus (Shukra) and Mars (Mangal) come together, love can transform into marriage. Also, during the Dasha of the 7th house lord, if either Mars or a favorable yoga occurs, the meeting of Mars indicates a necessary condition for love to turn into marriage.
